PP implementation is not from Credit card source(i.e.: Citi, CSR etc)
But individual lounge policy.
Go to PP website and look up AS lounges ( LAX, SEA etc) for current policies.
It now shows the policy of no guests effective 1May17.
If you are looking for SEA, there are PP -The Club- located at South terminal and Terminal C. These would allow guests. Just check for posted times when they will limit entrance. (1000 -1400 hrs)
