Unless this woman had never been on an airplane before, she should realize that conditions are not always ideal and she should plan ahead and by that I'd suggest wearing an adult
incontinence undergarment. There are so many times when lavatories are not able to be accessed (turbulence, etc.) that I don't sympathize with someone who does not plan ahead
and then demands exceptions to safety policies.
