I'd disagree. With United, AA and Delta all having their issues if something like this dropped right now. IE charged 1100 for a tiny scratch but won't provide documentation and then puts you on DNR. I'd be it would go pretty far because everyone would want to pick up the story to be 'anti corporate travel companies'.
