Hmm, must be an issue with their website then as every time I try to use points it gives me the basic Hertz membership rate and not the AAA rate, at which point using the points is actually more expensive.
I'll probably have to call them then as I see some others are having issues using points, so maybe it's a glitch.
All the AAA discount is supposed to give you is 15% and free car/child seat. What the online system appears to be doing is removing the 15% discount (this is before even selecting the car seat, the rate goes up to the "standard" Hertz pricing).
