Construction schedules are posted on line and typically I don't see construction schedule for Monday AM's but I have checked. Flew out and back to SFO this weekend. The Friday PM flight to SAN was no problem but getting back from SAN last PM was horrible. The delays were apparently not related to the construction as others pointed out it was cancelled by the high winds and weather. SAN had horrible weather over the weekend with delays. I had to fly SAN-LAX-SFO to get back... what a mess. I could have almost driven it faster. The reported causes of delays were "air traffic holds, weather, and construction at both SFO and LAX". Believe what you want....
