I want to upgrade the return journey of my SN ticket on AC metal from BRU-YUL-YVR. I was able to put my name on the waitlist at YVR for the outward journey, but I'm afraid as I'm in Accra, there isn't that option here with the SN check in desk.

Do I need to wait until I arrive in BRU, find an SN transfer desk and ask there (Does AC have a presence in SN)? Or just go to the gate? OR can it be done by phone to AC, once I check in online?

AC changed the rules this year, so that it doesn't allow eupgrade requests on non-ac ticket stock upon check in online.

Anyone with experience with this?
