But Delta was MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH more wrong in saying "you and your wife will be in jail and your kids will be in foster care". This is over the top power tripping by the FA who said this. She should be fired, without any question.
It is pretty harsh, but I mean... I get their point. If you keep refusing to give up the seat/get off the plane... you
are going to end up in jail temporarily most likely. And your kids
will end up with some stranger while things get figured out/you get bailed out.
It was insensitive, but totally accurate and hopefully made the parents think about the effects of their actions.
