Because you have created an issue/disturbance that required law enforcement personnel to board the plane. If you agreed to stop stealing the seat when the FA initially spoke with you I agree, but once law enforcement boarded you should be removed. Quite frankly, as another passenger on the plane - I don't want to fly with you anymore. Who's to say that you don't snap mid flight?
