I applied and was approved for 2 personal cards about 1 year ago and would like to have another round.
I lowered my credit lines to 5k each, however was told I could lower them down to $1,000.
Should i lower them to $1k before cancelling?
Lastly, how long should i wait to cancel and reapply?
