Stayed one night recently (base room; definitely smaller than the one shown in the review above).
Bed / pillows were fine. Staff were generally fine.
Breakfast was not exactly five star . (one of the waitstaff literally yelled at me from about 6 feet away "what do you want to drink").
Few days after checkout, noticed a small "extra" charge. Called them, and they told me it was because I had coffee from the minibar.
Well, apparently they do charge for the coffee in the minibar. (I did not even think such a thing is possible....although I did not read the minibar menu.)
So, these couple of issues make a five-star property to not-really-five-stars...
I noticed they had "free" coffee in the lobby in the morning...so, this could be why they charge the coffee in the room.
But, still, 2.50$ for using that coffee pod?
