It's too bad that the portrayal of AA 167 from JFK to Manila in the film "The Bourne Legacy" was fictional. That flight number was the now defunct JFK-NRT flight, on which the actors in reality would have had to connect to JL metal to get to MNL...
But, I fail to see the dilemma here. Why not just book a JL or CX connection, for example? The code share simply doesn't exist, so no use fretting about it.
