I admit to being slightly confused about the question though -- Mint aside, the others are just going to be domestic F. Are you expecting something out of LAS that's different from F on any other route of similar length?
I mean if time and money are no object then you could backtrack to the west coast for one of the premium TCONs. On DL besides going through LAX for D1 to JFK there are also a couple connections through SEA and SLC that gets you on a 75S on the longer segment but it's just the D1 seats, the service/blankets/pillows etc. are the same as if it were a regular domestic F flight. But then it's no longer really a LAS-specific question either
