Eh? I've seen them do people's own noodles for them on several occasions. All they have to do is pour hot water on them - I can't see any possible hygiene issue there.
Bring your own noodles and have them add hot water definitely fine the last time I checked. You'd just have to worry about the hot water from the dirty tank though.
