There is a bus that will take you between terminals. It either runs every 20 minutes or on demand depending on the destination of the flight. This assumes you have BP for next flight (you should) and luggage is checked through (it should be). Plus no customs since on a CDG/MAD flight. Just exit immigration clearance at MAD.
