My workaround was to create a new account and set my work address as the shipping address. Unlike GCM, GC.com allows you to have a different billing and shipping address for larger value orders. And that order went through. So I'll try and make that work for awhile.
I guess this means if you could get your other account working you could actually do 10K a day if you wanted. That would be a ton of shipments to deal with
