Especially since it doesn't save any time.
There is a sidewalk that is a straight walk from the west side of T1 to halfway between T6 and T7.
On Google Maps, it's labelled "East Way". I believe there's an upper and lower road, but the sidewalk is on the lower one (arrivals level).
