HND the gate for APEC cards are to the far left of the immigration area. Next to the automated gates, and together with the crew lines. I have not been to Narita so I can't talk about that, but as correctly pointed out the F fast track is on the right hand side of the immigration area.
Many thanks for this. Does APEC speed things along when departing? I'm only departing from HND, unless I choose to exit the following week SINHNDJFK.
