The personnel recon line has gone really downhill? The reps sounds like more of a generic customer service rather then credit analysts. All they did to reconsider was to put in a system for reconsideration and said denied due to the same reason as before.

No offer to move lines around / close cards or anything like that. I volunteer to close one of the existing card and still no approval.

It used to be very friendly recon line earlier.
