They don't overbook J. Operational reasons can obviously result in J being overbooked (defective seat, captain needs to deadhead, etc.), but they don't intentionally do it.

I haven't heard anything on the PY front, but there's no harm in Selling 25/24 in PY if you have a free seat in J.

You just don't want to overbook your highest cabin.
