Does anyone know if Plastiq has been following through on this

"Should you delete the schedule or modify the amount of any/all payments in the schedule, Plastiq reserves the right to retroactively charge you for the first month’s service fee."

I know in the past they had not been, but unsure if I'll be using the same card or even making the same payment amount month after month, and I received this on my account today. Thanks.
