They do have a premium cabin on the A330.
Difference in price between BA/MT interesting. Would be a no-brainer for someone living in the UK if they knew the flight operated and the frequency worked.

We flew down with TC in Y and back on the A380 from JNB in BA in F.
At the time of booking it was only 37,500 AA miles to fly first class from JNB-LHR non-stop , an absolute steal compared to the miles needed now.
