I did some math yesterday. While I've enjoyed keeping the plan for so long with a nice FAN discount, I really only travel internationally about 3 or 4 times a year. If I take the new unlimited plan, I essentially save enough over the course of a year to "buy" 40 days of international service using their new $10 buck a day thingy. So while I hate losing it on principle, I'll survive.
