Tenkaippin has fantastic Tonkotsu Ramen, fried chicken, and kimchi.
If it helps your decision, having stayed in all of the properties you are considering, the PHT has the best views of Tokyo, especially at night. Eastern-facing rooms may get Fuji views, especially in the morning.
