Rooms at the PHT are very large by Tokyo standards.

At the PHT, if you go East a couple of hundred yards, past the Shinjuku Washington hotel by two blocks, there is a large area with dozens of mostly Japanese restaurants, including Tenkaippin, my favorite noodle shop-location and picture here:

Tenkaippin has fantastic Tonkotsu Ramen, fried chicken, and kimchi.

If it helps your decision, having stayed in all of the properties you are considering, the PHT has the best views of Tokyo, especially at night. Western-facing rooms may get Fuji views, especially in the morning.
