I noticed that the Avios points I would have received for a full fare Business Class fare from YYZ to DUB have not been credited. Going to the "claim missing points" page I am instructed to FAX - yes, FAX a page worth of details about myself, AND fax my original boarding passes! Are they kidding me? Who has paper boarding passes anymore?
For a $4,000 Business Class return trip from YYZ to DUB on EI - part of the IAG and BAEC Avios network, I get nothing except the labour of figuring out how to send a fax?
Anyone have a better idea how to get the points owed?
