Fully agree here. The FA on my recent ICN-SFO flight seemed eager to offer the tastings and even presented the bottles so we could see the labels. Very well done!
One thing I have noticed however is that the champagne does not seem to be on the drinks cart unless/until someone requests it, as I did on my outbound flight.
Finally, does anyone know what they serve as the PDB sparkling wine? Pre-Polaris, it was some god-awful semi-sweet garbage poured from splits. Had it once and swore never again.
