You may be able to meet an Uber by the parking area. If you have 3+ people, and/or lots of luggage a Goldenbird livery service is a decent deal. They sometimes offer a discount for prebookings online. Otherwise in the $16-18 range.

I used Goldenbird before, always excellent, but they never offer a discount (16US$ to Nusa Dua).
Seems to be the easiest choice.
