You can't use Bluebird. Only the taxi mafia cabs are allowed to pick up at the airport, for 3-4x the metered rate.

You could walk outside the airport and grab one, but that's a problem if you have bags. You might be able to get one on the departure level that is dropping someone off, but it's not the easiest thing to do.

You may be able to meet an Uber by the parking area. If you have 3+ people, and/or lots of luggage a Goldenbird livery service is a decent deal. They sometimes offer a discount for prebookings online. Otherwise in the $16-18 range.
