It isn't clear to me if the Prestige fee reduction applies to new Citi Priority clients, or only to prior Citigold customers who were downgraded, but I have not followed this topic closely. I imagine there are differences between Citigold and Citi Priority, but they may not be in the area of credit card fees. That would be a topic for the other thread.
