yes you can refund miles but there is a procedure.
The miles refunded back are valid from as of the creditingdate. Airport taxes are subject to regular refund procedures.
For mileage return;
For Domestic Flights: EUR30 For InternationalFlights: EUR 20
If a no-show or off-load occurs, an additional fee of EUR 10 fordomestic award tickets and EUR 45 for international award tickets will becharged.
For Domestic Flights: EUR 40 For International Flights: EUR 20
