I used them last summer to fly SFO MSP SFO and they're just fine. Had to change flight dates, and that was relatively cheap and painless. Thus was around the time of their IT migration, though, so getting firm confirmations required phone calls and long waits. Hopefully that's fixed now.

Flew with them many years ago to ANC and to SoCal. They've always been reliable.
