Do they meet and greet at plane, escort you thru customs, etc? Have had wonderful experience with Peninsula transfers so probably a bit spoiled!! Thanks

Get through all of it on your own and then exit and go straight ahead and slightly to the right to find the Sheraton desk. They'll quickly move you from there to a car that takes you direct to the hotel.
