That appears to be the only room in the Valley Wing that has a balcony. My Valley Wing room did not.
I found the whole experience average and I remain puzzled why this particular hotel and this wing gets so much attention. But I think Singapore has the personality of the post office (DMV?) so I might be a bit jaded. Also, the location leaves much to be desired if you are traveling for business.
