Btw, I prefer the two security questions to the pesky two-step verification. But it didn't give ma a choice, on some logins I only got security questions while on other logins it immediately demanded to send me a verification code.
(I don't use the Barclay app, just the website.)
Update to the above:
After not getting it for several logins (both at home and at hotels in my home state), today once again it asked for two-step verification when I logged in with my laptop at a hotel.
Shudder to think: If this going to continue, it may be easier (less steps) to manage my Barclay card accounts by calling the voice telephone number than by doing it online! Is that what they really want???
