I just tried a couple of random flights in May and it definitely comes up as rouge . I guess I'll have to change in Vancouver in the future, but it's definitely an extra hassle that I don't need (or else take WJ and pay for the front row).

Despite the large number of SEs living in Victoria (including, apparently, an SEMM in the back today!), this route is almost always upgradable for me, though Y is usually close to full.
