I only have a username and password when I log in. There used to be another screen, but that went away a few months ago. But then again, I've had my account for ages; I got it shortly after the US-HP merger.
I had completely forgotten about the app until just now. I opened it, and re-authenticated the fingerprint login (for iPhone), and it seems to work fine. Just one password there also.
And yes you can get an alert for every charge:
Under: Services-->Alerts
I have it send me an alert for any charge over $1. Those come by email, and usually a day or 2 after the charge actually posts. Yesterday I received email alerts for some charges from Saturday.
I'd swear that they used to be available by text, but evidently that went away.
