I'm not. When I downloaded their iTunes app half of the reviews complained of this, and the other half said it's fine. It's very weird.
I tried calling tech support. The agent was very un-knowledgeable and difficult to understand. I think the infrastructure of Barclays is simply weaker than Citi or BofA in the U.S.
