Called in to VX contact center to add the 'opt-in' for MCS upgrade to my booking made via corp travel. Agent told me they are no longer offering the opt-in and auto upgrade, and have to call in at T-24 to request to be added to upgrade list.

Checked on VX.com, and comp MCS upgrade opt-in check-box is still there in booking path.

Anyone else heard this change? Agent said process is changed due to too many people getting comp upgrades.
