Excellent questions from Kage.
Late to the game but I'll reply to some of the questions. Yes, the agency and Virtuoso monitors an agent's performance. Both Virtuoso and the agency will look at an agent's performance when they are applying for a fam trip (Virtuoso sponsored) or an invitation only industry event (i.e. ILTM or similar). I don't set specific goals for myself as the growth happens naturally if you're an honest advisor, doing a fantastic job by your clients. I'm sure Virtuoso has influence on the policies of an agency, but I'm not certain as to the specifics. I do know that ethics plays a great role, as they should. I typically handle around 50-75 repeat clients who are booking on a regular basis. Overall, perhaps around 200-300 but I've never counted.
