Before the C/A said anything, I asked for a drink. She handed it to me saying with a smile, "You have this ... (a long pause) ... Emerald card". Obviously they have been reminded that the service is free also OWEs. Still in November I met a crew of two said that benefit was only for AY Platinums. BTW, isn't this already an official benefit, so OT in this thread.
