If asking for the information you actually fill out the form? With the claim number, booking references and so on? Or do you just click on it?

Did not provide booking references, just my AY+ number, name and scan of a passport (this is required for authentication). Requested my AY+ info and the Tax free shopping info.

Got mine today, 22 days after requesting it. It is a 665 pages report. Not quite sure about great many things in the report. Qualifying revenue mentioned in the report is about 1K€ smaller than all my bookings paid during this tracking period (and I only counted the actual fare, none of the taxes, fees, surcharges, etc.). The bookings are all over the place, not in a chronological order.

Also, it seems that the counter on various levels of tiers counts not only full years, but any started year w/ given tier, regardless of how short it was. E.g. got first silver about a month before the end of the tracking period and by the end of the next year, I turned gold (also just a few weeks before the end of tracking period), yet the count for silver periods is 2.

One of the lounge visits states that my status is Lumo, so I feel that AY has forgotten to tell me something

And based on the values posted by you guys, I think I'm the Plat with the lowest ACV of 9000.
