Need to look how it stacks up againist Verizon but it'll likely get me to stay with ATT because I would need to upgrade my phones to go over to Verizon... TMobile is out because network didn't give me adequate coverage at work. The upside is that I signed up for directvnow to get the appletv and would probably keep it with this plan instead of canceling- $10/mo is a steal.

Well I already ported 4 out of my 9 lines out after 9 years as AT&T customer. I called last week to retention and asked if they have ANYTHING at all to match any of the other carriers (10GB tethering, $20 per additional line), they said they have NOTHING and won't even lower the per line price from $40. I am still not sure if I want to keep my other 5 lines with them since they pretty much as matched the other carrier with nothing extra unless you want DIRECTV. Actually if you don't want DIRECTV, they are the most expansive of the carriers @ $185 for 4 phones. They couldn't even lowered it to $180 to match Verizon? What's wrong with AT&T?
