I stayed there a few years ago. The hotel is beautiful, but I would not stay there again.

I was very dissapointed with the response of the general mananger to a reservation problem [wrong dates]. Basically his reponse was to print a computer receipt showing me I was wrong, rather than apologizing for an error they made [I was not asking for any sort of compensation].

It would make me feel better if you did not stay there. It would make me even feel better if you did not stay there and mentioned it was because of this post.
