I never received the KF Silver card after gaining Shangri La Jade via the AMEX promo. I've flown 2 segments (which if silver should have had more miles) and have a 3rd a month away which would take me to gold.

I can't find any emails or anything on my profile about the registration for the promo which I'm pretty sure I did. Definitely have linked Shangri La and KF accounts showing mid Jan.

Where do you look in the account for the confirmation of registration?? I'm now doubting myself and think maybe I didn't click 'register' and only linked the accounts. Can't find any emails.

Big scheme not a major but just wanted gold and maybe soft land silver for bonus miles flying SQ.
