You forgot to include the asterisked definition of "international" flights on DL which includes neighbors Canada and Mexico, but not the Caribbean, Guam, and Saipan.
"*International Travel includes: Customers traveling to/from Europe, Asia, South America, Central America, Africa, Canada and Mexico (excludes travel to/from the Caribbean, Guam and Saipan)."
Yeah, best to take AS to the Caribbean, Guam or Saipan.
