So that sets irishguy28's point aside...

I've seen it suggested on a couple of other forums that the frames are ( could be ) being held back to be fitted with the new J seat before going into service.

The other alternative is that the new J seat has already been fitted, and they don't want to put them out there until the announcement.

The other other alternative is that none of the above are true.
