Marriott Rewards - points not posting
I am a Marriott Gold elite, and I have to stay at the same Marriott property every week for 2 nights. On every stay I opt out of housekeeping with the app and door handle sign - but the 500 extra points never post (all regular and elite bonus points do show up). Is this a problem specific to this one hotel, or is it more widespread in the system? Is there anything to be done about this? It's a real pain calling Marriott Rewards/the hotel all the time to complain...
