Resetting is pretty straight forward, I did it last year in June 1 just before boarding my MNL-HKG flight. I actually qualified in May but if I did my reset in May after my flight my membership year will end May 2017. So instead i decided to call at 7am of June 1 to reset, so I have until June 2017.

I would like to reset my member year after the trip to the Philippines once I have achieved 600 points. I'd then like the London trip to contribute towards my next membership year period.
I am not interested in the 800 points mid tier benefits should I even be able to achieve that by the end of March.
Is it as simple as calling the Marco Polo club on the 18th and asking for a reset or do I need to take extra precautions to ensure the London trip isn't credited?
Thanks in advance for advice
