Taking Airline to Court + Flight History

Newbie here, please move to correct forum if need be.

I have been in correspondence with an airline over the last year over a 15 hour flight delay. The flight was in November 2015 departing from a UK airport over a distance of more than 3,500km. They have admitted liability to the delay and offered me a free ticket, however I am claiming the €600 compensation as specified in EC 261/2004.

I have complained to the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) on my case to which the CAA have stated that the airline is required to pay the compensation.

The airline have have been unresponsive through various emails and letters that I have sent to them which has left me with no choice but to take them to court to claim the compensation. I will be filing court papers at the end of this month if the airline does not pay the compensation.

In addition, I want to collate all their flight history to and from the UK over the last 3 years to get the data of their flight delays and cancellations. I will be presenting this to the UK Civil Aviation Authority and the UK Secretary of Transport with an aim for the airline to be heavily penalised, fined and possibly have their license revoked for their misconduct.

I would like some guidance on how to go about pulling together the flight history of this airline for flights to and from the UK for the last 3 years. I am a member of FlightStats, however I want to find a quicker way of doing this instead of searching the flights for each date for the last 3 years from the 3 airports the airlines operates out of.

If anyone here can be of assistance then please let me know.

PS. I do not want to name the airline at the moment, but you will here about this in the newspapers if the airline doesn't play ball.
