I am willing to provide some details, without naming the airline.

What would you like to know?

If you review the countless threads on EC 261/2004, you will see that the full facts, including the carrier and the exact details are critical to assisting others.

By way of example, had you posted your exact details 12 months ago, you might have had a bank transfer in a few days.

There are very few new fact patterns out there.

Well that's lovely, the OP comes here asking for help but refuses to give information that can in turn be help to others in the future.

Why the cloak and dagger bit about the airline? People post their airline complaints and details all the time, the airline isn't going to come smother you in your sleep for posting about their poor customer service.

Without naming the airline, you needn't bother.
